Fertility yoga workshop
This is a two hour workshop with gentle physical poses, breathing and mindfulness exercises designed to get you back to feeling some sense of “you” again.
We'll touch on some of the common emotions associated with the challenges of trying to conceive, such as guilt, failure and fear and look at yoga based tools to bring in more connection, self-love, nurturing and acceptance. Physically the yoga poses help to release stress and tension, especially around the pelvis.
Safe for those undergoing fertility treatment and early pregnancy.
