Grief & well being yoga workshop
This is a three hour workshop with gentle physical poses, breathing and mindfulness exercises designed to get you back to feeling some sense of “you” again.
We discuss some of the common emotions associated with the loss such as guilt, failure and fear and look at tools to bring in more connection, self-love, nurturing and acceptance. Physically the yoga poses help to release stress and tension, especially around the pelvis.
Suitable for women that have experienced loss, perhaps a confirmed pregnancy, unsuccessful implantation or non-viable embryos. Any loss around the challenges associated with trying to have a healthy baby.
