I have been attending one on one sessions with Julie every Saturday since July. Julie has a lovely, gentle, positive teaching style and explains how the body works and what benefits the yoga poses have and lets you work at your own pace. I have found that I am sleeping better and deeper, have improved balance, posture and flexibility, with less little aches and niggles, am more relaxed and calm and have a real sense of general well being and am able to focus on tasks that in the past were sometimes overwhelming. I try to practice the mindfulness and breathing techniques, I have learnt and that helps a lot! I have found that I really look forward to my yoga class and can fully concentrate on my body for that period of time and especially the relaxation part at the end of class, you walk out of there and it’s like walking on air.
